Darren Green Killed in Livery Cab Crash on South Conduit Updated February 12, 2012 3:02pm

QUEENS — A Jamaica man was killed when the livery car he was driving struck a utility pole in Ozone Park early Sunday morning, according to police.

Darren Green, 41, was driving a Lincoln Town Car east on South Conduit Boulevard, near Linden Boulevard just after 4 a.m. when he crashed into a utility pole, according to cops.

Green was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said there was no apparent criminality.
