BRONX — Police are searching for a man who allegedly snatched an iPhone from a woman on the 6 train in the Bronx during the Monday morning commute.

The 26-year-old victim was riding the 6 train at the Whitlock Avenue subway station about 8 a.m. Monday when the suspect grabbed an iPhone 4 from her hands, police said.

The man then fled the station with the phone, police said.

Police described the man as between 20 and 25 years old, standing 6-foot-3, and weighing between 170 and 180 pounds. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black T-shirt, blue jeans and a beaded bracelet with black, red and clear crystal beads on his right wrist, police added.
