Police Hunt Four Suspects in Attempted Armed Robbery on Riverside Drive

HARLEM — Police are hunting four men who allegedly broke into a Riverside Drive apartment brandishing a gun and tried to rob nine people inside.

The four men forced their way into 762 Riverside Drive, near West 153rd Street, at 5:40 a.m. on Jan. 2, the NYPD said. The suspects then fled after they were told someone had called 911, police added.

As the suspects left, one of them fired a shot, but no one was injured, the NYPD said. The four men left the scene in a dark-colored Land Rover, police aded.
