MANHATTAN — An employee with the city’s Department of Youth and Community Development was arrested for allegedly flashing an 11-year-old girl in Harlem last month, police said.

Andrew McFall, 41, of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child for the Dec. 20 incident, which occurred on West 120th Street, the NYPD said.

McFall allegedly followed the girl down the street and exposed himself to her about 7:30 a.m. before fleeing, police said.

He was apprehended Friday morning outside his Riverdale home after police received a tip about the suspect, who was allegedly caught on surveillance video, the NYPD said.

A spokesperson with the Department of Youth of Community Development could not immediately be reached for comment Saturday.
