MANHATTAN — Police reportedly interviewed Manhattan fashion ad executive Madonna Badger, whose family was killed in a horrific Christmas morning fire in Stamford, Conn., regarding the tragic blaze that claimed the lives of her parents and three young children.

Badger and her contractor boyfriend Michael Borcina survived the tragic Dec. 25 blaze, but her parents Lomer Johnson, 71, mother Pauline, and daughters Lily Badger, 9, and 7-year-old twins, Grace and Sarah Badger, all perished in the fire.

Badger and her attorney met with members of the Stamford Police Department Thursday to discuss the catastrophic blaze, which was sparked by ashes from the fireplace that were left near the house, the New York Post reported.

Badger’s century-old home was undergoing renovations at the time reportedly being handled by Borcina.

The former art director for Calvin Klein grieved for her daughters at a somber funeral service in Midtown last week, tearfully remembering “my little girl tribe.”

"My girls are in my heart, and that is where they live now, and they live in me,” Badger said at the service.

Stamford police and fire officials gave the mother time to mourn, but are now “moving ahead” with the probe, police sources told the Post.

Investigators do not suspect foul play, but the home reportedly did not have working smoke detectors at the time of the fire.

Calls to the Stamford Police Department Saturday were not immediately returned.
