MANHATTAN — A small fire broke out in a Flatiron building Saturday afternoon, officials said.
The blaze erupted in a kitchen on the third floor of 280 Park Avenue South, near East 22nd Street just after 1 p.m., the FDNY said.
Nobody was injured and the fire was brought under control at 1:30 p.m.
