MANHATTAN — A man was shot in the side on an East Harlem street early Saturday morning, according to fire officials.

The victim was hit with gunfire at 2269 First Ave., near East 117th Street, just before 1:30 a.m., the FDNY said.

He was taken to Harlem Hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
