GREENWICH VILLAGE — Fancy barbecue fans rejoice! The Fatty 'Cue franchise has a new restaurant on the way, a spokeswoman confirmed.

The latest member of the Fatty family, to be located on Carmine Street between Bedford and Bleecker streets, is "on track to open around Labor Day," the spokeswoman said Friday.

The 50 Carmine St. restaurant will include some favorite dishes from Fatty 'Cue, but the menu and price points aren't pinned down yet.

The new joint will have a liquor license, but, unlike the chain's original Brooklyn location, it will have no smokehouse, according to The New York Times.

Chef Zakary Pelaccio and company ran a "ham-centric" pop-up restaurant, Fatty Johnson's, at 50 Carmine St. from January through March, according to its Twitter page.

The space was formerly home to the Mexican restaurant Cabrito.

The "Fatty Crew" runs Fatty 'Cue in Brooklyn; locations of Fatty Crab in the West Village, Upper West Side and on the Virgin Islands; and Fatty Snack kiosks downtown and in Chelsea.

Wildly popular Fatty 'Cue was briefly closed in April for racking up 115 health inspection violation points, far exceeding the 28-point threshold that can earn restaurants a C grade, The Wall Street Journal reported.
