MIDTOWN — Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber is coming to Macy's in Herald Square to promote his new fragrance on Thursday, on the same day President Barack Obama is headed to Midtown.

"NYC Im coming to see you tomorrow for the #SOMEDAY release!! It's been too long. See everyone at MACY's THURSDAY!" the hearthrob tweeted.

Bieber will be promoting his new fragrance, Someday, which fans are already raving is the "Best perfume ever!!!"

It's unclear whether Bieber will spend part of his trip meeting with President Barack Obama, who is doing a whirlwind tour of Midtown and the Upper East Side as part of his fourth visit to Manhattan in four months.

The Bieber event kicks off at 2:30 p.m., while the president will arrive just after 5 p.m.

Bieber hinted last month that he plans to keep his end of Obama's promise to arrange a meeting between Bieber and teen Payton Wall, the daughter of a 9/11 victim who told President Barack Obama at Ground Zero last month that she wants more than anything to meet the Canadian star.

Obama told the 14-year-old fan that he knew Bieber and vowed top make it happen.

"pretty sure President @BarackObama will keep this promise. #payitforward," Bieber wrote on Twitter.

A White House official told DNAinfo last month: "The president asked his staff to help connect them, which they did."

A White House spokesman did not immediately return a request for comment Wednesday, nor did reps for Bieber.

Several hundred fans started lining up outside Macy's Tuesday afternoon and camped out overnight for a chance to meet Bieber — and his famous hairdo — by being among the first 325 people to buy the fragrance when the store opened at 10 a.m. this morning, a Macy's spokeswoman said.

Tiffany Megel, 13, of Chelsea, was one of the lucky fans to score a bottle of Someday perfume.

Megel said she couldn't wait to "excited to see Justin Bieber," and couldn't wait to come back Thursday to see him in person. "I like the fragrance. I think it’s awesome."

Patricia Megel, Tiffany's mom, said she was willing to accompany her daughter to Macy's because "It’s an opportunity of a lifetime."

The store is stepping up security for the event and has also coordinated with the NYPD.

President Barack Obama is also planning several stops to Midtown Thursday evening as part of his fourth trip to the city in recent months.

He's expected to be the keynote speaker for the annual LGBT Leadership Council's gala at the Sheraton on Seventh Avenue and West 53rd Street.

He'll also be catching the Tony-nominated Broadway musical "Sister Act," which is taking a night off from its usual run to help raise money for Obama's re-election campaign, the Huffington Post reported.
