UPPER EAST SIDE — A new beauty salon on the Upper East Side is offering a ballad with your blowout.

The Michael Fredo Salon on Lexington Avenue between 89th and 90th streets plans to offer performances by Fredo, a model and pop star who's the nephew of clothier Tommy Hilfiger, salon staffers said.

Fredo's performances will be offered as part of "Girl's Night" events every Thursday through Saturday that also include champagne for socialites preparing for their big night out.

"It's going to be a very eclectic school of clientele," the salon's executive director, Andretti Andretti, said Monday. "We're gonna get celebrity clientele, the fanshionistas, a little bit of everything."

The Parisian-style salon will have its soft opening Monday night with a wine and cheese party, co-hosted by Betsy Hilfiger, introducing the salon's celebrity stylists, colorists, eyebrow specialists and other staffers to would-be clients.

Fredo, a classically-trained musician, fashion guru and entrepeneur responsible for the pop song "This Time Around", will sing American jazz classics from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Duke Ellington, according to the salon's Facebook page.

Fredo is a Juilliard graduate and has previously performed with Norah Jones, Lenny Kravitz and Britney Spears, according to his Facebook site.

The salon's stylists will offer blowouts, premium cuts and coloring starting at $65 for a cut and blow dry.

The store's grand opening will coincide with New York's Fashion Week in September.

"We're tying it all into the Hilfiger show," Andretti said. "It's overwhelming, it's that exciting."
