HELL'S KITCHEN - Ever want to learn hip hop dance? Or improv?

New Yorkers will be able to dabble in these and other arts classes during the Opening Day event at the All Stars Project theater.

The daylong program, beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday at 543 W. 42nd St., is designed to introduce people to summer enrichment classes offered by UX, a development institute.

This summer's classes include Shakespeare's Language for Everyone, Public Speaking, and Transforming Education in Brazil.

The All Stars Project, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, fosters youth development through performance and has constant activities in its center.

UX, started in 2010, expands this development-through-performance model to people of all ages, in a program run by Dean Lenora B. Fulani, Ph.D.

During Saturday's workshop each student can work with a development coach to "step outside your comfort zone and to have an experience...that you've never had before," says the website.
