MANHATTAN — A fire broke out at a Greenwich Village apartment building Tuesday afternoon and was under control within a half hour, fire officials said.
No one was injured in the blaze at 237 W. 13th St. near Greenwich Ave., officials said.
The fire started on the third floor of the 5-story apartment building around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday and was under control by 1:06 p.m., officials said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
