MANHATTAN — A four-car accident on the FDR Drive snarled the morning rush and sent four people to the hospital Friday.

The accident, located near East 96th Street, occurred at roughly 7:26 a.m., fire officials said.

Four people received minor injuries, mostly neck and back pain, the FDNY said.

Two of them were taken to Harlem Hospital, and two others were taken to New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
