MANHATTAN — Chelsea Market's future may be in the air, but next month, a little added culinary flare is coming.

A line-up of superstar chefs brought together by the James Beard Foundation will man a pop-up restaurant and café between April 12 and May 14, Eater reported.

The program will begin with Michelin three-star chef Laurent Gras, according to JBF LTD's website. Other featured chefs David Chang of Momofuku and Inaki Aizpitarte of Le Chateaubriand, Paris.

The prix-fixe, four course meals (with dessert and wine pairings) will run $75 per person on weekdays and $100 over the weekend, Eater said.

More budget-friendly café items and lunches will be available over daytime hours.

The pop-up restaurant's temporary space is provided by Jamestown Properties, according to the JBF LTD website. Jamestown is currently developing plans for an upward expansion of Chelsea Market.

Tickets to the JBF LTD pop up restaurant go on sale April 1.
