MANHATTAN — American Apparel owner Dov Charney is being accused of forcing an 18-year-old employee to perform sexual acts on him in his Manhattan apartment, according to a lawsuit filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court Tuesday, the Daily News reported.

The alleged victim said Charney essentially held her captive and is seeking $260 million in damages, the paper reported.

According to the lawsuit, the woman said Charney, 42, invited her to his apartment in 2009, opened his door wearing only underpants and, "forced her to go down on her knees just inside the front door and perform fellatio upon him," the News reported.

The suit alleges Charney then threw the girl onto the bed and forced her to repeat the act before holding her "prisoner" for hours during which he allegedly made her perform other sexual acts, the paper reported.

It was unclear whether the woman reported the incident to police, according to the News.

Charney has been sued for sexual harassment in the past but the cases were never proven, according to the paper.
