MANHATTAN — If you want a fashion-friendly figure, don't let a few tequila shots stand in the way of a good workout — at least that's what Lady Gaga says, the New York Post reported.

"I'm on the drunk diet," the Upper West Side native told the Sirius "Morning Mash Up" radio show, according to the Post.

Gaga, famed for squeezing her way into some of the design world's edgiest couture, said she's fond of imbibing whiskey "and stuff" while at work, according to the Post.

"But the deal is, I've go to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I'm hung over," Gaga said on Sirius. "And it's about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired. I have to say, I do a ton of yoga."

The words of wisdom come at a time when Gaga's boyfriend, St. Jerome's bar manager Luc Carl, is slated to publish a book called "The Drunk Diet."

The memoir chronicle Carl's 40-pound journey from flabby jerk to "the sexiest, most delightful man on the planet," according to the book's website.
