MANHATTAN — Charlie Sheen is suing the porn star found naked in his bathroom in the Plaza Hotel last month for extortion, according to a lawsuit the actor filed L.A. County Superior Court on Monday.

In the court documents, which were obtained by Hollywood gossip website TMZ, Sheen alleges that 22-year-old Capri Anderson tried to extort $1 million from the actor.

Sheen has said that stories about his meltdown have been greatly exaggerated and that Anderson — aka Christina Walsh — has told grandiose lies about what happened that night when the porn star "decided that this was her chance to become rich and famous," the suit states.

"To that end she fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against her will, and used that fictional story as a basis for an extortion plot against Sheen, threatening that if he did not pay her at least One Million Dollars, she would…seek to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale," the suit alleges.

On Monday, Anderson told ABC News' "Good Morning America" and "Nightline" that Sheen snorted a "white powdery substance" before trying to strangle her.

Sheen admitted to becoming angry with Anderson in the suit, but claims it was only because she stole his $165,000 Patek Philippe watch.

"Shortly after they had gotten into the room, Sheen discovered that a very expensive Patek Philippe watch which he had purchased in May 2010 for $165,000 was missing," the suit states.

"Sheen asked Walsh to return the watch, and when Walsh refused and falsely denied that she had taken the watch, Sheen became extremely upset. Walsh then locked herself in the bathroom of the hotel room and refused to come out."

It goes onto state that "at no time did Sheen assault, batter, or threaten" the porn star. In fact, it says that Anderson told NYPD officers who were called to the scene that "Sheen acted like a total gentleman."
