The burglaries occurred during the early-morning hours between Oct. 12 and Nov. 15 on Madison Street between Rutgers and Catherine streets, East Broadway between Pike and Rutgers streets, and Eldridge and Forsyth streets between Hester and Grand Streets, police said. All the incidents took place between 1:30 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Walker is described as standing 6 feet tall, weighing 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, police added.
