SOHO — High-end department store Nordstrom will open a new store at 350 West Broadway with all proceeds going to non-profit ventures, according to published reports.

The new store will have 11,100 square feet of retail space on the first two floors of the building located between Grand and Broome streets, Crain's reported.

The building also houses six full-floor residential units and a penthouse, the paper reported.

Although it will be managed by Nordstrom, the store will have a different name and not have any visible ties to the brand, a spokesperson told The Real Deal.

Manhattan does not yet have a flagship Nordstrom, but the company opened a Nordstrom's Rack outlet in Union Square last year.
