MANHATTAN — Heavy rain and wind is set to hit the city in time for the evening rush as a Nor'Easter blows through the region, AccuWeather reported.

The downpour is expected to begin in Manhattan around 4 p.m. Thursday and continue into Friday morning, according to AccuWeather.

Manhattan could see 1.22 inches of rain, forecasters said.

Wind may also cause problems, reaching 34 mph early morning Friday and remaining in the high teens and 20's through Saturday, according to the weather site.
