WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — Singles and breeders listen up.
Famed sex therapist Dr. Ruth Westheimer is kissing and telling in a G-rated "sex" tape about her favorite spot for lovers in the borough, Fort Tryon Park.
"Whoever is going to come here is going to have a good sex life for the rest of your life," Westheimer says in a short video posted on Facebook.
Dr. Ruth made the video for the nonprofit Fort Tryon Park Trust, in anticipation of the park’s 75th anniversary celebration on Oct. 17.
"Lots of matches made in heaven are actually made in Fort Tryon Park," she says in the beginning of the 52-second video.
"I can tell you I’m not the only one that kissed here," she continues. "Any time of the day and even early evening, you can see couples strolling hand and hand and then later on you can see those same couples with their baby carriages. I love that."
The diminutive Westheimer, best known as Dr. Ruth, has lived near the park since she immigrated to the U.S. in 1956 and considers the park’s scenic Linden Terrace, which overlooks the Hudson River, her favorite love nest in the borough.
"She even has a bench dedicated to her husband with a lovely scripture passage in the park," said Jennifer Hoppa, administrator for Northern Manhattan Parks. "She’s been a great advocate and real friend for the park."
