UPPER EAST SIDE — Police were searching Wednesday for a missing Rhode Island girl who was last seen in her aunt's Upper East Side apartment.

Mirian Monteiro, 16, was reportedly last seen Saturday inside her aunt's apartment at 211 East 89th Street around 4 a.m., the NYPD said.

Monteiro, who is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 200 lbs., was wearing a white shirt with white shorts and white sneakers at the time of her disappearance, police reported.

The girl lives in Central Falls, R.I., but was visiting relatives in the city.
