MANHATTAN — Sugar fanatics with cupcake fatigue will soon have another option in SoHo, where French pastry chef Francois Payard will be serving his signature macaroons, NBC New York reported.

The new Francois Payard Bakery, slated to open at 116 West Houston Street in mid-September, according to NBC New York, will mark a rebirth of sorts following last summer’s closing of the restaurateur's Upper East Side Payard Patisserie and Bistro.

Menu options will include baguettes and breads made with organic flour, Caesar and Nicoise salads and rolled cakes, NBC New York reported.

The macaroons on hand will include traditional chocolate and berry varieties, along with experimental flavors such as S’mores, Oreo and peanut butter and jelly.

Payard also maintain the FC Chocolate Bar at 714 Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side.
