MANHATTAN - Conan O'Brien has reportedly sold his Central Park West apartment for $25 million.

David Zaslav, the chief executive of Discovery Communications, bought the seven bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom duplex on the 17th and 18th floors of the Majestic, the New York Times reported.

The co-op, at 115 Central Park West between 71st and 72nd streets, was listed for $29.5 million with John Burger, a managing director at realty firm Brown Harris Stevens.

O'Brien, 47, who was bought out of his $32 million NBC "Tonight Show" contract after only seven months, had previously hosted the "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," and will return to television in the fall with a late night talk show on TBS.
