Alternate Side Parking, Meter Rules Suspended for Memorial Day

Alternate side parking will be suspended Monday

MANHATTAN — Alternate side parking rules are suspended Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

Meter parking rules are also suspended, the city's Department of Transportation said.

That means drivers don't need to feed the meter during the holiday.

Meanwhile, all government offices and post offices were closed Monday

Alternate side parking and meter rules are expected to be back in effect Tuesday.
