CHELSEA — Chelsea hotspot M2 Ultra Lounge was shut down early Friday, hours before hosting the NFL’s official draft party, the New York Post reported.

The West 28th Street club, which has legal troubles dating back to 2008, worked out a temporary agreement with the city to open before reportedly being closed because of an issue with security, the paper said. The nightspot was closed last weekend after undercover officers allegedly saw drug use and deals going down.

A club representative told the Post the police came in around midnight and kicked out roughly 300 people, including workers for the NFL and sponsors such as Coors.

M2’s attorney, Robert Bookman, told the Post earlier this week he had worked out a “good faith agreement” to keep the club open this week for private events.
