MANHATTAN — Billy's gotta bachelor pad.

The thrice-divorced crooner Billy Joel recently purchased a $3.3 million apartment in NoLita after leaving the West Village townhouse he once shared with his ex-wife, Katie Lee, New York magazine reported.

The Piano Man reportedly closed on a 1,607-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 211 Elizabeth St.

Joel — a real estate maven of sorts, who once sold his Hamptons home to comedian Jerry Seinfeld for more than $30 million and has flipped other properties in the past — may have scooped up the downtown digs for his daughter, the New York Post reported.

Alexa Ray Joel, the musician’s daughter with model and second wife Christie Brinkley, was hospitalized late last year after ingesting a handful of sleeping pills in an apparent suicide attempt, according to reports.

The third-floor apartment, at the corner of Prince Street, is housed in a seven-story brick building that “embraces the architectural vernacular of its historic New York neighborhood — and stands out for its use of traditional materials, handcrafted details and classic design,” a listing for the property said.
