MANHATTAN — Maybe this pair of Manhattan clubgoers should have asked Snoop Dog to pay their tab instead.

Two men are accused of attempting to use a bogus credit card to pay an enormous tab at a Chelsea nightclub after trying to impress several hip-hop stars, according to published reports.

Jeff Sylvain and Robsson Depeine ran up a $28,500 bill while partying with friends at the M2 Ultra Lounge on 28th Street, club manager Dan Devlin told the New York Post.

The duo was supposedly trying to impress rapper Juelz Santana, who was throwing a birthday party for himself with guests that included hip-hop stars Snoop Dog and Lil' Kim, Devlin said.

Sylvain, 24, and Depeine, 23, sent several bottels of expensive liquor over to Santana's table throughout the night, the Post reported.

The two men ordered 40 bottles of Moet Nectar Rose, a 9 liter bottle of Veuve Clicquot and then asked for a $5,500 12 liter bottle Vueve, which raised a red flag with the club's manager, according to Gothamist.

The pair landed in hot water when they allegedly tried to pay the bill with an AmEx gift card doctored to look like a credit card, the Post reported.

The pair's lawyer denied the pair ever left a gift card, the Post reported.
