MANHATTAN CRIMINAL COURT — A Manhattan socialite and former Dolce and Gabbana public relations representative was back in criminal court on Thursday to face eavesdropping and computer trespass charges.

Allison Wise, 32, allegedly hacked into the voicemail inboxes of her ex-boyfriends flings using a program called Spoofcard.

Wise allegedly made hundreds of calls to mailboxes that were not her own using Spoofcard, according to the criminal complaint. She is accused of deleting a voicemail on at least one occasion.

Wise's next scheduled court appearance is April 6, but there is a possibility of reaching a plea deal sooner and advancing the case.

When reached by phone, Wise's lawyer Edward Kratt would not comment on the status of the plea deal negotiations. "Anything's possible," Kratt said.
