MANHATTAN — Power problems have halted all train service coming in and out of Penn Station.

The problem, caused by a low voltage issue on Wednesday morning, has left Amtrak and NJ train travel into and out of the city at a standstill.

As a result, some passengers have to sit tight on trains with low power that are just short of pulling into Penn Station. Others stuck on delayed trains in New Jersey have been re-routed to temporary service trains.
