MANHATTAN — A 28-year-old man was shot and killed in the lobby of a Harlem apartment building late Friday, police said.
Officers responding to a 911 call at about 11:25 p.m. found Arthur Noel shot once in the neck in the 140th Street building, near Madison Ave. Paramedics arrived and pronounced him dead.
Noel reportedly died in the lobby, near an elevator, the Daily News reported.
As of Monday afternoon, police said they had not arrested anyone, and were still investigating the motive.
