A 17-year-old male has been arrested in the fatal stabbing of a teenager outside a Chinatown school last month.

Victor Fong allegedly stabbed Nelson Pena in the chest on November 18, according to the criminal complaint. He was arraigned on charges of second-degree murder and is due in Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday.

Pena was attacked about 6 p.m., outside of Dr. Sun Yat Sen Intermediate School 131 at 100 Hester Street, the complaint says.

Pena, 18, was walking home from his job at Foot Locker, according to the New York Times.

He was pronounced dead at Bellevue Hospital several hours later. A friend of Pena’s who has not been identified was stabbed in the neck.

No other suspects were named on the complaint.

Fong is being held without bail at Rikers Island jail.
