Police say 20-year-old Ellen Ulerio, of Hackensack, N.J., was drunk when she hit a Bronx woman with her car and killed her Saturday afternoon, the Manhattan Times reports.
The accident happened at the intersection of W. 175th Street and Broadway. Police found Linda Hewson, 50, of the Bronx, unconscious.
