A Washington Heights college student has been charged with making terroristic threats and vowing to kill students at St. John's University.

Ramades Santiago, 18, faces seven years in prison, according to the Queens district attorney's office.

Santiago posted messages on Facebook earlier this week where he said he was going "crazy," according to the charges, which were reported by the Breaking News Organization. He also urged in his messages that people should watch as he does some "Virginia Tech [stuff]."

"I know I will do it. You know I will, and to make sure that people watch CNN or something every day after I kill everyone," Santiago allegedly posted on his Facebook profile, according to the DA's office. Users alerted St. John's.

Santiago was arraigned Wednesday night and is being held on $6,000 bail.  According to BNO, Santiago admitted posting the messages but said he was drunk and depressed when he did.

It's the second gun scare involving a St.  John's student in recent years.

In 2007, Omesh Hiraman, 22, was arrested and accused of walking around on the school's campus carrying a rifle and wearing a rubber mask of George W. Bush.
