Yo La Tengo

Touring behind its new album, "Fade," the New York City alternative-rock trio Yo La Tengo hits the Vic Theatre, 3145 N. Sheffield Ave., on Friday. Tickets for the 18-and-older concert are $21.50, with the music set to start at 8:30 p.m. Contrary to The Onion story, the group's audience extends beyond record-store clerks — and is usually well-behaved.
