As part of Northeastern's Visiting Writers Series, Stephen Barthelme will present a free public talk in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall.

"Hush Hush" is the latest collection from Barthelme, whose short stories have been published in McSweeney's and Atlantic Monthly. He's a professor of English at the University of Southern Mississippi.
