As part of the World Beyond the Headlines lecture series, University of Utah legal scholar Amos Guiora will discuss why targeted killing decisions must reflect consideration of four distinct elements: law, policy, morality, and operational details to ensure that such actions comply with principles of domestic and international laws.

The lecture at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 25 at International House, 1414 E. 59th St., is free and open to the public.
