The Hyde Park Historical Society will present its annual preservation awards at a dinner at 6 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Quadrangle Club, 1155 E. 57th St.

Among this year's awards, the University of Chicago and the Woodlawn Home Owners Association will be honored for their efforts to preserve the residential character of the 5700 block of South Woodlawn Ave.

The dinner is $65, $75 for reservations received after Feb. 18.
