Ald. Joe Moore (49th) will host a community meeting with the Department of Streets and Sanitation to inform 49th Ward residents of the blue-cart recycling program rolling out throughout the ward in early March.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20, at the Rogers Park Library, 6907 N. Clark St.
