LOGAN SQUARE — The Chicago Printers Guild's publishers fair is returning to the neighborhood for the second year in a row.

This year's fair, set for Nov. 11 and 12, will be held at Elastic Arts, 3429 W. Diversey Ave. Unit 208, just like last year.

The kick-off party on Nov. 11 will feature guest speakers Tanner Woodford, local designer and director of the Chicago Design Museum, and Luke Drozd, London-based artist and co-founded of the UK Poster Association. The organization will also give out its peer-nominated practitioner "Jolly Jogger" award. Tunes from DJ Jan Jammerlappen will round out the evening.

On Nov. 12, more than 30 artists will sell their work, ranging from book art and gig posters to textiles and installations. For a full list of artists, visit the fair's website.

Also like last year, organizers encourage folks to get to the art fair early because the amount of work is "extremely limited."

Founded in 2009, the Chicago Printers Guild "bridge[s] the gap between commercial printing and fine art printmaking," the group writes on its website.

The Saturday kickoff party ($8 at the door) will go from 6 p.m.-midnight. Speakers will start at 7 p.m. The Sunday art fair will go from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. It is free.
