CHICAGO — A 40-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run in Avalon Park early Wednesday, police said.
At 2:25 a.m., the man was found unresponsive and lying on the street in the 8300 block of South Stony Island Avenue, police said, the apparent victim of a hit-and-run driver.
The man has died, police said.
No further information was immediately available.
