CHICAGO — The first four units in a crop of newly-built single family homes near the Six Corners Shopping District in Portage Park have hit the market around $600,000 each, the developer announced.
Dubbed "Enclave Portage Park," the nine new 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom homes lining the 4900 block of West Dakin Street feature "open, contemporary-style" floor plans "designed to appeal to young buyers starting a family," developer Jennifer Arons said.
Each two-floor home includes 3½ bathrooms, a basement, roof decks, a two-car garage and a "large yard," Arons said. They range from 2,925 to 3,570 square feet.
Starting prices on the homes range from $589,900 to $649,900, the developer said.
