Back Lot Bash

ANDERSONVILLE — Back Lot Bash will  once again bring a parade of stars including Whitney Mixter, JD Samson, Kiyomi Valentine and Chicago own's Catfight.

The festival, which began as a one-day festival in 1994, has become a destination for women during Pride celebrations and is held over two weekends behind Cheetah Gym, 5238 N. Clark St. It showcases a different mix of music and entertainment each day beginning with Girls Night Out June 16, according to the website.

Schedule:

• June 16: Girls Night Out at Lark.The event is hosted by Whitney Mixter, of Showtime's "The Real L Word" and features music from DJ All The Way Kay. 10 p.m. 3441 N. Halsted St.

• June 23: Whiskey, Wine and Women at Reza's. The tasting party features fine whiskeys, local craft beers and wines. Music by Jess Goodwin and vibes courtesy of DJ All The Way Kay. Full cash bar available. 7 p.m. 5255 N. Clark St.

• June 24: All Day Bash and Pride Family Fun Fest behind Cheetah Gym. The fest includes face painting, puppets, kids activities and family portraits. Music from Laura Doherty and the Heartbeats and Jaclyn Rada with GirlBand. Free. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 5238 N. Clark St.

All Day Bash performers include: Catfight, Kiyomi Valentine, JD Samson, DJ Goodboy, Tori Whodat and Fembot. 4-11 p.m. 5238 N. Clark St.

• June 25: Pride Day Bash behind Cheetah Gym. Performers include Dev, DJ Goodboy, Daniela Sea & Gunn Lundemo and Bria & Chrissy.
