CHICAGO — Ulysses Pole III was killed and another man was wounded in a shooting in Roseland Friday evening, officials said.
The incident occurred in the 200 block of West 98th Place at 5:32 p.m.
The men, 26 and 27, took themselves to Roseland Hospital.
Pole, 27, of the 9600 block of South Normal, was pronounced dead at 5:37 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
Another was shot in his right abdomen and is in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
