UPTOWN — A 24-unit condo building has been proposed for a stretch of Clark Street just south of Wilson Avenue.

The five-story development from the Longford Group would stretch from 4537- 4545 N. Clark St., according to the development application.

The first floor would remain retail and condo units would be built on the remaining floors. The units would include three bedrooms and two bathrooms, according to the application.

The development would have 24 on-site parking spaces and would require a zoning change, according to the application.

Stoneberg and Gross Architects are listed as the architects of the development, according to the application.

The project will be discussed at the Sheridan Park Neighbors Association meeting at Courtenay Elementary School, 4420 N. Beacon St., at 7 p.m. on May 2, according to Uptown Update.
