CHICAGO — A driver hit a pedestrian on the Near North Side after an argument early Friday, police said.
At 2:24 a.m., a man was in a crosswalk in the 400 block of North Clark Street when he got into an argument with someone in a black Dodge Charger, police said. The driver swerved out of traffic, hit the man and drove away, according to police.
The man, 24, was taken to Northwestern Hospital in serious condition, police said.
