MAYFAIR — After the Chicago River's been dyed and the Downtown parade has ended, head to the Irish American Heritage Center, where the St. Patrick's Day party keeps going all day and night.

Saturday's St. Patrick's Festival at the center, 4626 N. Knox Ave., is a celebration of all things Irish — food, drink, music, dancing and art.

Activities include Irish language lessons, a genealogy workshop, book sale and dance classes led by the Trinity Academy of Irish Dance. For a complete schedule, click here.

The family-oriented events kicks off at noon and runs until midnight. Admission is $15 for adults; children 12 and under are free.
