ANDERSONVILLE — Andersonville's Jet's Pizza is set to open in "late March."
The pizzeria located in the FIFTY58 Clark Street apartment complex, 5058 N. Clark St., is one of more than 20 locations in the Chicagoland area.
“We’re looking forward to opening our doors to the pizza enthusiasts in the Andersonville community and offering quality products at an affordable price," said Steve Hanselman, the general sales manager.
It will offer signature Jet's pizzas such as deep dish, hand tossed, gluten-free and thin crust. It will also offer unique creations such as chicken alfredo pizza, BLT pizza, Philly cheese steak and buffalo ranch pizza, Jet's said.
“We’ve earned a reputation across the country for creating unique ways to enjoy a pizza – whether it’s our innovative toppings or variety of crust styles. We’re dedicated to cooking up the best flavor combinations with the freshest ingredients available,” Hanselman said.
The pizza place will also be hiring 20 to 25 staff members including a store manager, line cooks and customer service staff, the release said.
Jet's Pizza will be next door to Dollop's diner in the apartment complex.
