CHICAGO — Delray Talbert, 33, died after a stabbing Monday in the Garfield Park neighborhood, officials said.
At 1:50 a.m. Monday, Talbert was in a home in the 3100 block of West Madison Street when he got into a fight with another man, and the two stabbed each other, police said.
Talbert was stabbed in his chest and stomach and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said. The other man 37, was stabbed in his stomach and taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition.
Talbert, of the same block where he was killed, was pronounced dead Monday at 7:21 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
