CHICAGO — Shootings have killed two people and wounded six since Monday, police said.

• At 7:36 a.m. Monday, a 33-year-old woman and man were found shot to death in Brighton Park.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 4:55 a.m. Tuesday, a 43-year-old man was shot in Roseland, police said. The man was sleeping in the front room of a home in the 300 block of West 109th Street when a bullet came through the window and hit him in his leg.

The man was taken to Roseland Community Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 9:01 p.m. Monday, a 19-year-old man was shot in Gage Park, police said. The man was walking in the 5800 block of South Campbell Avenue when someone fired shots at him multiple times.

The man was hit in his leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.

• At 6:01 p.m., a 16-year-old boy and 20-year-old man were shot in West Pullman, police said. The two were in the 12100 block of South Wentworth Avenue when several people got out of two cars, walked up to the victims and fired shots.

The man was hit in his face and chest and the boy was hit in his arm and leg. They were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center. The man was in serious condition and the boy's condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 3:40 p.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in Marquette Park, police said. The man was in the 2400 block of West 71st Street when a man walked up to him and fired shots.

The victim was hit in his leg and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in good condition, police said.

• At 8:16 a.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The man in the 1800 block of South Kildare Avenue when someone in a black SUV fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his left hip and his back, and his back right side was grazed by a bullet, police said. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
